Our company was started in 1992 by three EMT's who believed they could make a difference in Columbus County. Mr. Malachi Stanley, Ms. Mable Smith and current owner / CEO Linda Stocks opened the company back in 1992 in Nakina, NC. Their vision of helping others was built on long hours and no pay for the first year of business. After the first year, the company started to grow into what it is today. Both Malachi and Mable, are deceased but their vision to help others lives on in each employee of Columbus County EMS. Today the business in located in downtown Whiteville, NC.
